So......it is warm!!!!! I'm lovin it. And I was thinking... Ice creams and gelatos are obviously the official desserts of the summer. Although lemon meringues and other light, refreshing nibbles find a way to many garden parties and lazy afternoons. I love oatmeal raisin cookies and anything pumpkin in the fall. Winter calls for heavy warm bread puddings ( I had one at Bravo last night...wait for that review) and dark chocolate yummies. Not to mention the cobblers a plenty....But what about spring? What IS the definitive dessert of spring? I'm not quite sure what is the one sweet that screams spring more than any other? Sugar cookies? Cupcakes? petit fours? creme brulee? Not sure. Help me out.Stay sweet!
