You Can Never Have Too Much

by Chewy

I love variety. A natural born bon vivant, I do not like limiting myself to one menu item at a restaurant. My taste  buds want to be endlessly amused. So many flavors, so little room and time (and money) to try them all. That is why I feel all eating establishments should offer a sampler platter of their most popular items or “small plates” like you find in tapas and dim sum. Brilliant! I feel the same about my dessert offerings. It’s so hard to choose just one when they all look and sound so good. Short of  a platter of mini desserts, I have run across perhaps the next best thing in multiple dessert binging. You’ve heard of the turducken, chicken stuffed in duck stuffed in turkey? Well, meet the cherpumple! Dessert’s answer to the turducken’s  have-it-all  attitude. Created in 2009 by humorist Charles Phoenix, it is a three layer creation of classic American pies. Apple, cherry and pumpkin pies are piled on top of each other and pasted together using cream cheese frosting. The whole conglomeration is baked inside a monstrous spice cake creating an Empire State of culinary greatness.

This has me pondering what dessert items I would combine for the ultimate “perfect bite”. Wanting to start with something simple, I have created the Snic-twix-inger.

Snic-twix-inger Recipe
Starting with a pie crust layer with snicker candy bars, follow with a layer of vanilla wafers, then twix candy bars, next layer graham crackers and finally butterfingers all topped with another pie crust. Bake until golden brown and drizzle with melted caramels and a dusting of cinnamon
(Cinnamon is added to stabilize blood sugar levels.  Always add healthy items when you can.)

With this theme in mind, what would you put together and what would you call it?
